My Day-To-Day Photos

The day of our 21st wedding anniversary, it was a hot day and we headed into Regina for the evening for a stay at the Hotel Saskatchewan. We booked a deluxe suite for an extremely reasonable price and were very pleased with our accommodations. The room had 2 bathrooms, a living room and a bedroom with a king size bed. It was nicely decorated and very quiet.  The location is awesome too, with a very short walk to the Cornwall Center and all sorts of shops in between as well as a park. We enjoyed a lovely meal at The Copper Kettle and our breakfast in the hotel restaurant was wonderful too. Our walk this morning led us into a sizable farmer's market where we found some goodies and met the most adorable, unique doggie whose name is Ocean. What a sweetie too! On our way home, we stopped at Tim and Judy's cabin. Jared had come up with Loretta and so we joined him there. What a serene place they have with a beautiful view of the lake.    An unex...

A lovely day spent in Regina. A bit of shopping in the morning followed by lunch at a Thai restaurant,  "Siam."  I just knew what I wanted to eat. We really enjoyed the new "Wonderwoman" movie although Jared wasn't overly impressed with me making him pose for this photo. The day was what we intended, spent together. Happy 20th anniversary to a wonderful  marriage. Here we are at the hobby shop, Jared posing by a model made not from a kit. Incredible detail impressed us all.

Made it out to the lake again, that's twice now and school has only been out for a week.  That's a pretty good start. And then it was a quick rip to Yorktown to take advantage of the great price on flower baskets at Superstore. Grabbed 6 more! We got home, and what do I find? Surprises! No hotdogs for me tonight!
