A Mix

I couldn't put the bags away after organizing the groceries, because that would just be mean. Sooty was enjoying himself too much. The amaryllis is blooming, only two blossoms, but still stunning.
We got stuck with some not so good apples, but they were just fine for a pie. Crush has taken to snuggling with me when we watch a movie. This was yet another Studio Ghibli - "Castle in the Sky."

Truck Rides

 I was feeling low, so I headed out to the elevator to ride with Todd.  Somehow,  we missed each other while the truck was still inside,  and he drove off without me. I caught him in the parking lot, though.  Most of the snow has melted. The countryside is in a dreary state, but it's exciting to know that the green is coming soon. I expected to see more water standing and running in the ditches, but it's already gone.
