Shadow Forewarning

 Last night the power went off shortly after we finished our Fringe episode. Jared turned the flashlight on his phone on and started putting on a little show for us. The power wasn't off long. Today we get a phone call from the school that Jared is vomitting and shortly thereafter we had a Covid test booked for him. Now, at 2:30 in the afternoon, he's sleeping and we are quarantined until further notice.

Truck Rides

 I was feeling low, so I headed out to the elevator to ride with Todd.  Somehow,  we missed each other while the truck was still inside,  and he drove off without me. I caught him in the parking lot, though.  Most of the snow has melted. The countryside is in a dreary state, but it's exciting to know that the green is coming soon. I expected to see more water standing and running in the ditches, but it's already gone.
