A New Walking Trail




















On the west side of town, at the end of Broadway, lies the Ravine Ecological Preserve. I'd been wanting to take a walk there for awhile, but energy levels dictated otherwise.  I did do the short route however.  I hope to be well enough soon to walk the whole trail. 

The cobra chickens had me feeling quite nervous. They were everywhere and were not nearly as frightened by me as I'd hoped. They just stared at me. Unnerving.

Truck Rides

 I was feeling low, so I headed out to the elevator to ride with Todd.  Somehow,  we missed each other while the truck was still inside,  and he drove off without me. I caught him in the parking lot, though.  Most of the snow has melted. The countryside is in a dreary state, but it's exciting to know that the green is coming soon. I expected to see more water standing and running in the ditches, but it's already gone.
