Tucker and Mads

 Mads' surgery went well. The night before we went out for dinner at Red Lobster. We had to feed Mads well before his fast. 

The kids realized that the clothes Mads had for his Webkinz fit the cats. So, that was fun. Probably not so fun for the cats, but they didn't seem to mind too much.

We got a couple of Magic games in and I just had to laugh at the way Tucker wrote out the recipe for my baked chicken breasts. Also, he cooked us a yummy meal of rice and chicken quesadillas.  He made a huge mess,  but the food was excellent. I was impressed.

Truck Rides

 I was feeling low, so I headed out to the elevator to ride with Todd.  Somehow,  we missed each other while the truck was still inside,  and he drove off without me. I caught him in the parking lot, though.  Most of the snow has melted. The countryside is in a dreary state, but it's exciting to know that the green is coming soon. I expected to see more water standing and running in the ditches, but it's already gone.
