Our Final Farewell

 We buried Glen today. We each wrote a letter and put it in an envelope. We tucked them in alongside his urn. Todd lowered the urn, and we each put a shovel of dirt in the grave. Fred and Todd filled in the rest.

We all miss him terribly, and still feel the loss deeply. Rest in peace Brother.

Truck Rides

 I was feeling low, so I headed out to the elevator to ride with Todd.  Somehow,  we missed each other while the truck was still inside,  and he drove off without me. I caught him in the parking lot, though.  Most of the snow has melted. The countryside is in a dreary state, but it's exciting to know that the green is coming soon. I expected to see more water standing and running in the ditches, but it's already gone.
