The Tough Part

Everything was going smoothly. Then came the moment, the last time we were "scheduled" to see Kaitlynn before leaving the city. I lost it. I didn't think I would, but there it is. I cried on and off the entire evening. Now we're on our way home and although I can't say I'm feeling great, I'm a little better. This unrelenting toothache is not helping at all. Mark drove up for the day and we enjoyed a nice lunch at Rockin Robyn's, visited a video game store and the West Ed. We had a drink on the patio at Brewster's. I really couldn't enjoy myself after we said goodbye to Kaitlynn though. Oh well. It's done. It maybe could have been done more gracefully. But no one has ever accused me of being graceful.
