A Peaceful Wednesday

With the garden being so thoroughly weeded, (although I can see new little stinkers poking up here and there) I am able to just walk through the yard and enjoy. I'm aiming to relax today, so it just a few basics to stay on top of things.  Amy is at the lake, so we'll head there after lunch today for a visit and then tomorrow, the plan is to take the day off and head to Regina to celebrate our 20th anniversary.

With so much on the go, it's easy to forget to blog.  But at least I'm not forgetting to take the photos. I was much the same way as a kid, as the years have gone by, what I thought was stupid hard work, has transformed into lovely memories and more importantly, a skill set and a desire to enjoy life through gardening. I hope it will transform into a gift for them one day as well.       A surprise in the garden by the gate. Crocuses? A beautiful sunset on a drive home one evening.
