Long Weekend Eats

Daddy couldn't make it in with us (too busy at the farm) to pick up KK one morning, so we had breakfast out ourselves. I do enjoy a Timmy's breakfast.  But Jared is right, it somehow isn't the same when we think about the fact that the chain is now owned by the U.S.  Sad.

Fresh raspberries are in season, but not from Grandma's yet. These were a good price at the store and just looked so dang pretty on those Rice Krispies.

Jared has been my main helper while Todd is at the farm and KK is at the CO-OP, so I treated him to a sweet little picnic.  Sorry about the crappy shot.

Truck Rides

 I was feeling low, so I headed out to the elevator to ride with Todd.  Somehow,  we missed each other while the truck was still inside,  and he drove off without me. I caught him in the parking lot, though.  Most of the snow has melted. The countryside is in a dreary state, but it's exciting to know that the green is coming soon. I expected to see more water standing and running in the ditches, but it's already gone.
