I'll Get Back to That

All of my photos from Kaitlynn's birthday are on my Canon, so I'll get back to that post tomorrow or sometime in the coming week. 

Last week was pretty tame. Bear had his vet appointment and we found out that the lumps are just fatty lipomas, so they shouldn't be a health threat. Bear turned 8 years old on Friday. Apparently, we decided to make his birthday on the same day as Kaitlynn's. I really don't remember doing that.

I've been working on a cute little paper village, and making good use of my Cameo. I should think about creating a Halloween village too.

We got the tree up today. It took me several hours to get it decked out for the holidays. We put on these new tiny string lights and it looks great.

Dawson and my Dad stopped by for a visit on their way out to see Lynn, so that was a really nice surprise.

Truck Rides

 I was feeling low, so I headed out to the elevator to ride with Todd.  Somehow,  we missed each other while the truck was still inside,  and he drove off without me. I caught him in the parking lot, though.  Most of the snow has melted. The countryside is in a dreary state, but it's exciting to know that the green is coming soon. I expected to see more water standing and running in the ditches, but it's already gone.
