Goodies Galore

We had a lot of fun, and a lot of sugar on the afternoon we decorated our graham cracker houses.  I assembled them in the morning to let them set up and then each of did two, except for Jared, he did 2 and a half counting the little a-frame shack.

I've also been baking - puppy chow, shortbread, gingersnaps and sugar cookies are all in tins in the freezer.  I also made a batch of chocolate chip cookies and beaver houses for the Christmas concert.

Kaitlynn wanted to feel like royalty...

Crushy always feels like royalty.

I set my nativity for the first time in years, so far so good - the kitties have left it alone.

I didn't think I'd enjoy the "Cities and Knights" expansion for Settlers, but it's quite a lot of fun.

I'm dreaming of a plaid Christmas.

Todd had to turn off the power to work on the bathroom switches,
so naturally...

Turns out, you can add baking soda after the dough is done.
