Badminton

Jared told me that he probably wouldn't win, and he wasn't wrong, but he wasn't entirely right either. Out of his four guaranteed games, he won the last one, and then we went for a much needed supper. For a kid that has barely played, he was good.  With practice, Todd and I are thinking he could be very good.

Snow Hill!!!

We're nearing the end of winter, but we finally got some snow and it is not too late to play in it.  Daddy gets to break in his new snow blower and Jared gets to play "King of the Mountain!" And Mom just takes the photos.  It is nice to have something to take a photo of.  The landscape has been so very dreary up to this point.  The crisp, clean white of the fresh, deep snow is completely refreshing.  There is a visible smile on Dad's face as he sees his efforts have paid off...
