Little Pleasures


Soots has taken to my lap whenever I'm putting my feet up downstairs. In this photo he's curled up into a little ball, but he often stretches out to his full length which seems impossibly long. Either way, he's adorable and warm.
The SR is getting her once a year facial. It's wax time. Hopefully we can get all of the micro cat scratches out that the cats cause by climbing all over it.
We've only had one fire this year, but it's so nice to just go sit in there. The trees are all filled in and it cozy and soothing.

Truck Rides

 I was feeling low, so I headed out to the elevator to ride with Todd.  Somehow,  we missed each other while the truck was still inside,  and he drove off without me. I caught him in the parking lot, though.  Most of the snow has melted. The countryside is in a dreary state, but it's exciting to know that the green is coming soon. I expected to see more water standing and running in the ditches, but it's already gone.
