An Artist's Day

Our trip to Regina today was due to another eye appointment for Todd. Unfortunately, it was not good news and he received another steroid shot. 

But KK had a great day! Our first stop was Michaels where she found boatloads of new art supplies. Then it was off to this lovely independent soon to be called "Black Dog Art Supplies" and we got to meet the mascot. Murfy is a beautiful, four month old black lab. The fellow that helped us was just a fantastic person and we can't wait to revisit.

Loretta met us at the Cornwall and we had some lunch and a little shopping. It was a good day.

We've been getting nice rains, but it's getting me behind in my wedding.




Saw an old, familiar face.

Truck Rides

 I was feeling low, so I headed out to the elevator to ride with Todd.  Somehow,  we missed each other while the truck was still inside,  and he drove off without me. I caught him in the parking lot, though.  Most of the snow has melted. The countryside is in a dreary state, but it's exciting to know that the green is coming soon. I expected to see more water standing and running in the ditches, but it's already gone.
