Summer Start

We finally got the trailer full of garbage that sat between the house and shop all winter and well into summer, cleaned off and burnt. A major eyesore, gone.

The weeds have really exploded and it is wonderful to have a bit of help with the gardens. 

Also, there are new blooms in the garden nearly daily. I don't remember planting an orange daylily, but here we are.

Bear has been really enjoying the odd walk. I dare not smell him after he rolls in the ditch. God only knows what he's found.

Truck Rides

 I was feeling low, so I headed out to the elevator to ride with Todd.  Somehow,  we missed each other while the truck was still inside,  and he drove off without me. I caught him in the parking lot, though.  Most of the snow has melted. The countryside is in a dreary state, but it's exciting to know that the green is coming soon. I expected to see more water standing and running in the ditches, but it's already gone.
