Keep on Gardening

Most things are out of the greenhouse now, hardening off and getting ready to go their summer homes. I've barely picked anything up from the greenhouses, but when I do go shopping, it's usually Skinner's where the friendliest people are, and Beano the sweetest littlest girl you've ever met!

Worked hard to clean up the rock pile in front of the boat so that Todd can get it sold. I decided to clean up the bench garden beside the greenhouse, so now it's finished.

Spent some time with this sweet bumblebee on my deck. I think he was napping. Yes. Napping.

Had a visit with Ang, where we exchanged birthday gifts. I got that fat blue bird. So cute, and I gave her a cement hedgehog.

Jared is helping me put in the marigolds today.  I got all the pumpkins planted May 31/June 1st.

It's wonderful working in the yard today, (although I wish the wind would hold back a bit) because we did all the mowing trimming yesterday and everything is looking ship shape. We need some rain so that things will green up a bit though.  Don't let the photos deceive you, the camera on my phone automatically enhances anything green to look far more vibrant than it actually is.
