Baby Garden

It's a lot of work now, but the payoff is huge as we count down the days into summer. But the early garden is not without its gifts - asparagus and rhubarb are plentiful.  We'll enjoy our first pie tonight, but we have been eating asparagus for quite awhile now.

Pumpkins and gourds have all been transplanted. The seeds that were sown are mostly up, and they took no time at all it seemed.  The perennials are filling out beautifully and some are blooming!
