KK's Room

I can only imagine what it would have been like to have a room of my own at 14 years old.  I'm sure I would have loved as Kaitlynn loves hers.  The joy she takes in her space shows in the details.  I could have taken many more, but here are just a few of her fortress of solitude.


We looked and looked and eventually found a ships wheel that spins (kind of).

We found this lovely globe at Home Sense in Lloydminster, it was instant love! And it does NOT need
to be Halloween to enjoy it.

A pocket watch, one of a few and the star dial I got her this past Christmas.  She loved it!

Truck Rides

 I was feeling low, so I headed out to the elevator to ride with Todd.  Somehow,  we missed each other while the truck was still inside,  and he drove off without me. I caught him in the parking lot, though.  Most of the snow has melted. The countryside is in a dreary state, but it's exciting to know that the green is coming soon. I expected to see more water standing and running in the ditches, but it's already gone.
