Edm/Cal July 2025
We started our visit in Calgary on the 24th with a visit and stay with Arnie and Mare. We got see Joanne and Kat and their littles, Cadence and Parker. Mare's brother Mike was visiting from Ottawa. I finally got to see Catherine Whyte for a cranialsacral which was both encouraging and disappointing. But, I'll try again next visit. On Friday, we headed over to Laura's. Mark cooked for us and we play KOT too many times. We went out for breakfast to a diner called the Belmont, where the food is decent but the noise levels are intolerable. On Saturday we headed to Edmonton. Sunday was spent mainly in the apartment where we played games. I baked cookies and buns and made a batch of creole. We got to see where Tucker works and got a good glimpse of the sad state of things in a much poorer area of the city.
