My Day-To-Day Photos

My birthday present arrived today and I'm so excited! The Silhouette Cameo 3 is a versatile cutter, well it's software is versatile and that's what I'm excited about. The creative possibilities are only as limited as my imagination, so I now have a renewed interest in scrapbooking. I'll keep you posted with what I make.

Last Friday I got to visit Margaret's farm. I sort of invited myself out there, but was very warmly greeted by not only Margaret, but also her dog, cats and of course, llamas! Baby is 5 months old and hanging out with Big Brother. This is Baby's big brother. A group of females visiting with Jinks. Jinks having a snuggle with a beautiful horse, whose name I have forgotten.

The kitchen table is in a different place every evening. But it hasn't broken our stride. We're still having most of our meals there and we've also been playing our nightly game.  We picked up a new game during our last trip to Regina. We stopped by Comic Readers and nabbed "Unearth," a simple and very quick little number. I can't seem to win at it however.

Jared's hair is a conversation starter. It's gorgeous. It's too long. I wish I had hair like that. Looks like a hippie. And so on.  I think the kiddo has hair that suits him perfectly, but it needed a little tidying up. Made me giggle to see barrets on him though.

Todd started ripping up the old flooring this afternoon. The laminate is salvageable so we'll offer it up on The Yorkton Garage Sale later. In the meantime, our home will be a disaster for some time yet. Oh well, it's a good reason to not have people over.

KK has been planning to see this movie with Madison for a long time now. So she stayed after school and found her way to the theatre. Todd, Jared and I ran out to the lake to deliver Ang and Shawn's trim for their renos before we also made our way to theatre. Of course, we didn't say two words to Kaitlynn and her friends. We had orders to let them be. The movie was good and there were baby night furies, although we didn't get to see them for very long.

This little ditty is for Ainsley. This is Robin, her big orange and very laid back cat. KK doesn't do landscapes very often but she did an awesome job with all the details in this one.
