My Day-To-Day Photos

 My children are now officially adults. WTF? I had a good day with Jared. I decorated the house, and made pizza for supper. We went to the mall and I got him a few small things. We had DQ ice cream cake. It's most likely the last birthday I'll have with him where we're living under the same roof.  Birthdays always make me a little sad, and make me wish for the days when we all lived under one roof.

 Jared is soldering some wires together in this photo. He's helping Todd install the new stereo in the Lincoln. 

 I often think there is no use in going to Value Village too often.  But, sometimes,  out of boredom,  I find myself there twice in one day. This morning,  I found the cutest little shelf for my bedroom.  Then, Jared wanted to go just before supper, and he found an accordion!  God, was he ever excited. After a discount, it cost him $62. I have no idea what it's worth, or even how well it works. Jared doesn't have a clue how to play it.

 Harvest 2023 is officially underway. It started yesterday,  unexpectedly for Todd. But, luckily for him, his Mommy made him a sandwich. As you can see, it is very dusty. I haven't heard anything about the yield yet.

 The hydrangea shrub is blooming beautifully this year.

 I was able to find a couple of passable,  affordable picture frames to fit Tucker's art. I'm so deeply in love with his work.

 My craft room has been needing attention for a very long time, and I finally got in the mood to take care of it. I even updated the decor. I found some nicely framed botanical prints at Value Village.  This cup is a stunner though, and I just had to have it. I plan to use it to hold water for watercolour. Also, I've recently been finding some great stones.
