The road down to Ethel Lake caused some frayed nerves as well as cost us the brakes on the camper. The road in was rough, windy, and very steep. Some of the views were good, and sometimes a little scary. The campground was nice and we had a good experience once there, but if you ask Todd, it wasn't worth the tough drive and cost of the brakes.
We met three different doggos while camping here, all with very different personalities. The kiddos had a swim, and I made us all mochas in the evening. It actually turned out to be quite lovely. There were only 10 sites or so, but it was full.

The minute I took my hands off this pup, he left. Pet me, or I'm gone! |

This one didn't want to be petted, just played with. |

The kids made up a goofy game where you have bump the bottle off and try to catch it. |

This puppers was hilarious! He just wanted me to throw rocks for him to chase, and he couldn't get enough. Even after
I went back to the campsite, he followed me, and literally nodded back to the lake with his head. I couldn't resist,
and went threw more rocks. I tried throwing a stick, but nope, he was only interested in rocks, and not fetch.
