Calgary Nov 2025

 We had a fantastic time in Calgary.  Laura took us the Bow Valley Ranch restaurant in  Fish Creek, and it was delightful.  They even went out of their way to create a special chocolate martini for me. We went for a walk before our meal and for the first time, I got to see a beaver swim under water.  

I gave Laura the gargantuan blanket I made for her. She, and the kitties loved it immediately.

 We played games, mostly MTG, but some Carcassonne as well. We ate out a few times, and on Mads' birthday,  we ate at The Old Spaghetti Factory.  I hid little glow-in-the-dark axolotyls all over the apartment.  There are 31 of them to find.
