Edmonton Nov 2025

 This was our best trip to Edmonton yet. We got to see Owen perform live, and they did an incredible job. We enjoyed it o much, we stay for the other 3 bands. The next day, we saw Tyler perform as part of a jazz trio at a little café.  It was the complete opposite of what we experienced at the Dive Bar, but every bit as wonderful. These kids have talent and drive and I can't wait to see where it takes them.

Then, we visited the university with Tucker and he showed us the welding room and his first sculpture. We got a crash course in silk screening and it is far more involved than I thought. Tucker had his own cubby for painting this year, so we checked that out and he's got some great pieces.

I also did a bunch of cooking for the kids and filled up their little upright freezer.
